Your PKR 500 success fee, explained
PreciseDevs takes no commission from your pay — ever. The only thing you’ll ever be charged is a one-time flat PKR 500 when you actually get hired through the platform. This page is the complete picture.
When it applies
- You accepted an offer and started work — employment, internship, contract or partnership — with a company you met through PreciseDevs (application, shortlist or introduction).
- It applies once per hire, not per month. A 2-year job and a 2-week contract cost the same: PKR 500.
When you pay
Within 7 days of your start date — not the offer date. When the match is marked Hired, you receive an invoice email with the amount, a unique reference code (like PD-HIRE-42-D), and the payment options: JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer. Pay, send the receipt with your reference, and you get a confirmation email. Done.
The 7-day guarantee
If the engagement collapses within the first 7 days — for any reason, from either side — the fee is waived. Already paid? Refunded in full. The bridge only earns when it actually holds.
Why does this fee exist?
Real humans review every job, verify every company, and personally make every introduction. PKR 500 per successful side funds that without ads, without selling data, and without taking 10–20% of your salary like agencies do. It’s the difference between a platform that works for you and one that feeds on you.
What if I just don’t pay?
Your account is paused for new applications and introductions until it’s settled — nothing more dramatic. But consider: the platform found you a job for less than the cost of a pizza. Fair is fair.
The math, honestly
| Typical agency | PreciseDevs | |
|---|---|---|
| Fee on a PKR 150k/mo job | PKR 180k–360k (10–20% annual) | PKR 500, once |
| Who pays | Usually the company — priced into your salary | PKR 500 each side, transparent |
| If the hire fails fast | Partial “guarantee”, weeks of dispute | Waived / refunded, automatic policy |
