Commission structure

Last updated July 10, 2026

Two commission types, both flat, both manually verified. This page defines exactly when each one is earned.

PKR 100 — Qualified Company

All three conditions, in order:

  1. The company registers through your link or code (attribution rules apply).
  2. It verifies its email.
  3. It posts a genuine job that the team approves and publishes.

The moment the job goes live, PKR 100 appears on your ledger as pending. One qualification per company — a company posting ten jobs is still one PKR 100 event (the real money is in its hires).

PKR 500 — Successful Hire

Whenever any role from your referred company leads to a hire and both sides’ PKR 500 success fees are actually collected, PKR 500 lands on your ledger as pending. Key properties:

  • Every hire counts — a company that hires five developers earns you 5 × PKR 500.
  • No expiry — your companies keep earning you hire bonuses for as long as the program runs.
  • Collection-gated — the bonus exists only after PreciseDevs is actually paid. You earn from real revenue, not promises.

Ledger states

State Meaning
Pending Event recorded, awaiting manual verification.
Approved Human-verified. Counts toward your payout balance.
Paid Included in a completed payout (transaction reference logged).
Rejected Failed verification — always with a written reason on your dashboard.

The math at small scale

Refer 5 companies that each post a role: PKR 500 — payout threshold reached from qualifications alone. If just two of them hire once: + PKR 1,000. A single active company that hires quarterly is worth PKR 2,100 in year one. It compounds with zero extra work from you.
