The rules of the bridge — including the flat PKR 500 success fee, the 7-day guarantee, and what we expect from both sides.

PreciseDevs is a talent bridge: we connect software developers and business developers with companies, personally and privately. By creating an account or using the site you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

  • PreciseDevs lists talent profiles and job posts, and personally mediates introductions between the two sides. Contact details are never public — every connection passes through our team.
  • We are not a party to any employment or service contract formed between a developer and a company. Terms, pay, scope and conduct of the engagement are strictly between the two sides.
  • We moderate all job posts and may reject or remove any content that is fake, misleading, discriminatory or spammy.

2. Accounts

  • One account per person or company, with accurate, current information. Companies must provide a real website and LinkedIn page.
  • You must verify your email before applying, posting or requesting introductions.
  • You are responsible for your credentials. We never ask for your password.
  • Minimum age: 16.

3. What is free

Registration, profiles, CV storage, job posting, applying, browsing, shortlists, introductions and interviews are free for both sides — permanently. We charge 0% commission: never a percentage of any salary, rate or project value.

4. The success fee

  • When a successful hire happens through PreciseDevs, a one-time flat fee of PKR 500 is payable by the developer and PKR 500 by the company (PKR 1,000 total).
  • A “successful hire” means: an offer accepted and work actually started (employment, internship, contract or partnership) between two sides whose connection originated on PreciseDevs — via a job application, a directory shortlist or a mediated introduction.
  • The fee is due within 7 days of the developer’s start date — not the offer date. We invoice both sides by email with a unique reference code and the available payment methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer).
  • 7-day guarantee: if the engagement ends within the first 7 days for any reason, the fee is waived — or refunded in full if already paid.
  • Non-payment: if a due fee remains unpaid without arrangement, the account is paused for new applications, job posts and introductions until settled. We may decline future service to repeat evaders.

5. No circumvention

If the two sides first connected through PreciseDevs, the success fee remains payable even if the deal is closed off-platform, and for any hire between the same two parties within 12 months of the introduction. Deliberately moving a deal off-platform to avoid a PKR 500 fee is dishonest; we reserve the right to invoice, to pause accounts, and in serious cases to remove either side from the network permanently.

6. Content rules

  • Profiles must describe a real person or company. Job posts must describe a real, currently open opportunity.
  • No spam, scraping, mass outreach, discriminatory requirements, or collection of other users’ information.
  • You keep ownership of your content and grant us a license to display it on the platform for the service to work.

7. Introductions and privacy

Contact details shared with you through an introduction are for that opportunity. Do not resell, publish or add them to marketing lists.

8. Affiliate program

The affiliate program is governed by the separate Affiliate Agreement, which you accept when activating affiliate mode.

9. Verified and Founding programs

Founding badges are granted automatically to early members and are permanent. Verified badges are granted after assessment by our team and may be revoked if trust is broken.

10. Termination

You may delete your account any time by emailing contact@precisedevs.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms, with due fees surviving termination.

11. Disclaimers and liability

  • The service is provided “as is”. We verify in good faith but cannot guarantee any candidate’s performance, any company’s conduct, or any specific hiring outcome.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you actually paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are resolved first by good-faith negotiation via contact@precisedevs.com, then in the courts of Pakistan.

13. Changes

Material changes are announced on the Updates page with the date above refreshed. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
