PreciseDevs is the developer talent bridge — a free platform powered by harishere.com that connects developers with companies that need them. Developers build one profile and get matched with real opportunities; companies post roles or browse the directory and get personally introduced to the right talent.

Not anymore. PreciseDevs bridges two talent tracks: Software Developers — engineers across every stack — and Business Developers — experts in sales, marketing, SEO, growth, lead generation, content and partnerships. Companies hire either track the same way: filter, shortlist, and get personally introduced.

Everything is free — registering, profiles, posting roles, applying, interviews and introductions. The only charge on the platform is a flat success fee when a hire actually happens: PKR 500 from the developer and PKR 500 from the company, due within 7 days of the start date. No subscriptions, no percentage cuts — 0% commission, ever. Full breakdown on the Pricing page.

When a developer is hired through PreciseDevs, each side pays a one-time flat PKR 500. It is due within 7 days of the developer actually starting work — not when the offer is signed. If the hire collapses within the first 7 days, the fee is waived or refunded in full. Payment is by JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer with a reference code we email you.

Anyone with a PreciseDevs account can become an affiliate free from the Affiliates page. You get a personal referral link: earn PKR 100 for every company that registers through it and posts a real, approved role, plus PKR 500 every time one of their roles becomes a successful hire. Balance is verified manually, minimum payout is PKR 500, and payouts go to JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank within 7 working days.

Contact details are never public on PreciseDevs. When a developer applies or a company shortlists someone, the request lands with our matching team, and a real human personally connects both sides — usually over WhatsApp or email, typically within a day. That human step keeps spam out and trust in.

Create your free account, verify your email, and complete your profile: specializations, stack, experience, portfolio, CV, and your price/quality/speed tags. Then apply to roles on the job board in one click. Complete profiles are matched first, and you get email alerts when new roles fit your specializations.

Create a free company account and either post a role (reviewed by our team, then matched developers are notified) or browse the developer directory filtered by specialization, price tier, quality mode, and speed. Shortlist anyone and request an introduction — we connect you personally.

Privacy and trust. Public contact details invite spam and scams — the classic problems of freelance marketplaces. On PreciseDevs, emails, phone numbers, and WhatsApps are visible only to our matching team, who verify both sides before every introduction.

The first 500 developers and first 25 companies to join get permanent founding status: a ★ Founding badge on their profile, priority in every match shortlist, and — for developers — a free Verified upgrade when the Verified program launches. Seats are counted live on the homepage.

Verified ✔ means a developer's skills and identity have been assessed by the PreciseDevs team — not just a self-written profile. Hirers can trust Verified profiles at face value. The program is rolling out soon; founding members get it free.

Most matches move from introduction to interview within days. Post a role, receive pre-structured applications, request an introduction, and interview directly — no agency delays, no procurement layers. You close the deal your way.

Yes. CVs are stored in a locked directory no public URL can reach and are visible only to the PreciseDevs team — never to other users. Contact details stay private, we never sell data, and you can delete your account and all data anytime by emailing contact@precisedevs.com.
