When a developer is actually hired through PreciseDevs — and only then — each side pays a flat success fee:

  • Due within 7 days of the developer's start date — not the offer.
  • 7-day guarantee — if the hire collapses in the first week, the fee is waived or refunded in full.
  • Flat, not percentage — we never take a cut of salary or project value. 0% commission, always.
  • Simple payment — JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer with a reference code.

PKR 100 for every company you refer that registers and posts a real, approved role — and PKR 500 every time one of their roles turns into a successful hire. Minimum payout PKR 500, paid to JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank after verification.

Why charge at all?

The success fee keeps PreciseDevs alive and growing — real humans review every job, verify every profile, and personally make every introduction. PKR 1,000 per successful hire funds that, without ads or selling data.

Why flat instead of commission?

Recruitment agencies take 10–20% of annual salary. We think that's absurd. A flat PKR 500 means your salary, your project budget, and your margins are none of our business.

What counts as a successful hire?

An offer accepted and work actually started between two sides who met through PreciseDevs — a job application, a directory shortlist, or a mediated introduction. Full definition in the Terms.

What if I don't pay?

Nothing dramatic — your account is simply paused for new applications and introductions until it's settled. Fair is fair: the bridge worked for you once.
