Affiliate Agreement

Last updated: 10 July 2026 · Version 1.0 — this is the binding agreement for the PreciseDevs Affiliate Program.

Becoming a PreciseDevs affiliate is free and open to any registered, email-verified user. You accept this Agreement by clicking “Become an Affiliate” on the Affiliates page; the date, time and version of your acceptance are recorded.

1. How you earn

• Qualified company — PKR 100. A company registers through your referral link or enters your referral code at registration, verifies its email, and posts at least one genuine job that our team approves and publishes. When all three conditions are met, PKR 100 is credited to your ledger as pending.
• Successful hire — PKR 500. Any role from a company you referred results in a successful hire and both sides’ PKR 500 success fees are actually collected by PreciseDevs. PKR 500 is then credited as pending. This applies to every qualifying hire from that company, with no time limit, for as long as the program runs.

2. Attribution rules

• Your referral link sets a 60-day first-party cookie. First touch wins: if a visitor already carries another affiliate’s cookie, yours does not replace it.
• A referral code typed into the registration form counts as explicit intent and overrides any cookie.
• Attribution locks permanently when the company registers. One company can only ever be credited to one affiliate.
• Companies that registered before you joined the program, or without your link/code, cannot be claimed retroactively.

3. Verification — every rupee is reviewed

• Every ledger entry starts as pending and is manually verified by the PreciseDevs team: the company must be real, the job genuine, and (for hire bonuses) the fees actually received.
• Verified entries become approved and count toward your payable balance. Rejected entries show a written reason in your dashboard — nothing is silently removed.

4. Payouts

• Minimum payout: PKR 500 approved balance.
• Request a payout from your affiliate dashboard by submitting the payout form: your JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank account details (number and account title) plus a screenshot of your balance. One open request at a time. Payouts are processed manually by the PreciseDevs team.
• We pay within 7 working days of approving a request and record the transaction reference in your payout history.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout details and for any taxes on your earnings.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Self-referrals — referring yourself, your own company, or accounts you control.
• Fake or shell companies, fake job posts, or coordinating with companies to simulate qualifying activity.
• Spam — bulk unsolicited messaging, misleading claims about PreciseDevs, or impersonating PreciseDevs staff.
• Bidding on “PreciseDevs” brand terms in paid ads, or registering lookalike domains/handles.
• Artificial click inflation (clicks carry no payment, and flooding triggers rate limits and review).

6. Clawback and enforcement

Commissions obtained through prohibited conduct are reversed with a written reason. Serious or repeated abuse ends your affiliate participation and can end your PreciseDevs account. Approved balances earned honestly are always honored — including if the program itself is later modified or closed.

7. Relationship

Being an affiliate makes you an independent promoter, not an employee, agent or representative of PreciseDevs. You may not make commitments on our behalf.

8. Program changes

We may adjust rates, thresholds or rules with notice on the Updates page and in your dashboard. Changes never apply retroactively to already-approved balances.

9. Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan, alongside the general Terms & Conditions.
